Refunds and Returns Policy

Refunds and returns are only available within the United States.

We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be included.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email us at admin@boudoirnbefore.com. All returns must be sent to the following address: PO Box 313, Roseville, CA 95661.

Please note, we will not accept items returned without prior approval, and such items will not be returned or refunded to the sender. There is a 25% restocking fee applied to all refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@boudoirnbefore.com so we can address the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including intimate wear, certain accessories, adult toys, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). If you have questions about the returnability of a specific item, please reach out.

Sale Items and Gift Cards
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
